    Simutek's Service department is open Monday - Friday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. and
    is operated by Apple certified technicians. We are Tucson's oldest Apple Authorized Service Provider.  We perform both limited warranty and Applecare repairs on Apple products.  This includes the current line of iMac, MacMini, MacBook, MacBook Pro, MacPro, and Xserve computers.  We also offer repair services for out of warranty Macintosh computers.  Any computer with an Apple logo can be evaluated by our experienced staff. Our goal is to have your equipment back to you as quickly
    as possible.  Computers under warranty are normally diagnosed, and have
    parts ordered (if needed), within one business day of drop off.  Most parts are
    shipped overnight. Computers that are out of warranty may be finished even faster.  Every effort will be made to minimize your down time.

    One of the more common questions we hear is, "where can I learn more about
    my computer?" The great thing about buying a new Mac from Simutek is that we
    stand behind what we sell and are available to answer your "how to" questions
    every day. You can stop by the store, or call, and we will do our best to resolve
    your issues. Most problems can be handled in 10 minutes or less. Answering these questions for free is part of our commitment to helping you get the most our of
    your computer. You may want, or need, more dedicated time for training purposes. Simutek offers training appointments in our store at a rate of $25 per hour. We are also available to come to your location at a rate of $50 per hour. Either way, you get
    dedicated time to cover any topics you wish. Appointments are available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Appointments can be made by calling (520)
