Simutek's Service department is open Monday - Friday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. and is operated by Apple certified technicians.

Services offered include:

• Apple authorized warranty repair on iMac, MacMini, MacBook, MacBook Pro, MacPro, Xserve

• Carry-in repair for current (and older) Apple portable and desktop products

• Training and consulting

• Network installation and troubleshooting

• Express Service and Preferred Service options for emergencies

Our goal is to have your equipment diagnosed and to have parts ordered (if needed) within one business day of drop off. Most parts are shipped overnight. Every effort will be made to minimize your down time.
