$35 for fixes at the counter. $99 includes bench testing, malware removal, software evaluation, hardware diagnostics, and performance recommendations.

We’ll copy your information from one computer to another and provide a 20 minute orientation session when you pick up.

Data recovery
Non-destructive complex in-house data recovery for hard drives and computers with removable storage. Specialized hardware is used to protect future recovery attempts.

IN-WARRANTY SERVICE
If your device is covered under AppleCare+ or Apple Limited Warranty, your repair may be free of charge or covered under an AppleCare+ deductible. You can bring it in anytime, no appointment needed. Most warranty repairs take 3-5 business days at the most.
OUT-OF-WARRANTY SERVICE
Even if your issue is not covered under warranty, we can still get parts from Apple for supported devices. We’ll work on your vintage devices too.
